REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
A passion for teaching is required! Teachers must be attuned to the goals of a learning community rather than a typical classroom. The successful candidate willingly embraces a culture where students are encouraged to transform themselves. The candidate must also be a lifelong learner willing to consistently update his/her subject knowledge and pedagogical skills through classes, workshops, and independent study. Candidates should have a PA Teacher Certification or be eligible for teaching certification.
